Your privacy is important to Savvy Inc., doing business as Airzai (hereinafter referred to as “Airzai”). This Privacy Policy explains how Airzai collects, uses and discloses personal information from users who make purchases on our website located at WWW.AIRZAI.COM, and/or use our Airzai mobile app (the “App”) that we make available with the Airzai diffusers (“Device”) .

YOUR CONSENT
When you provide Airzai with your personal information, you consent to Airzai’s collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted by law.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
"Personal information" means information about an identifiable individual, including information that, alone or in combination with other information, allows someone to identify or contact you, including your mailing address, telephone number or email address.
You may be asked to voluntarily provide your Personal Information to Airzai anytime you are in contact with Airzai, including when you purchase products or services from Airzai through pop-ups, events or websites.
AIRZAI ACCOUNT INFORMATION
When you register your Airzai device using the Airzai app, Airzai will collect Personal Information including name, contact information and email address. We collect this information in order to make our App available and contact you about updates to the device or App.
When you use the App with the device, Airzai collects information related to your user settings and usage. In particular, the App allows users to set fragrance preferences. It keeps track of your usage in order to notify you when cartridges are low or other maintenance related issues. In addition, we use third-parties to monitor application crashes and errors.
HOW AIRZAI USES YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Airzai uses your Personal Information for various purposes in connection with our relationship with you including: (a) to contact and correspond with you regarding your transactions and your use of Airzai products and services and to provide you with customer support services, (b) to provide you with information regarding Airzai's announcements, promotions, events, new products, and features; (c) to facilitate transactions and process orders and payments for products purchased by you (including to remind you of un-purchased items left in your online shopping cart, to contact you regarding billing and payment discrepancies, and to validate receipts); (d) to process and respond to your suggestions, comments, inquiries and requests; (e) to personalize and improve your shopping experience; (f) to administer and facilitate your participation in contests, and promotions; (g) to create and manage your account; and (h) to develop, deliver, and improve Airzai products, services and advertising.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Airzai uses Shopify Inc.’s e-commerce service to host our online store and process e-commerce transactions. If you make a purchase through the website, you will be required to provide your credit card billing information (“Billing Information”). This Billing Information is transmitted directly to Shopify. Airzai does not collect or store Billing Information.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy or otherwise required or permitted by law, Airzai will not disclose any Personal Information without your consent.
COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
Airzai website, online services, email messages, and advertisements may use "cookies" and other similar technologies, such as web beacons, pixel or gif tags, and action tags. Those technologies collect information that assists Airzai to improve products and services, advertising, customer communications and the shopping experience. You may choose to decline or disable cookies if your web browser permits but doing so may affect your ability to access or use certain features of the Airzai website.
Airzai may use pixels or gif tags, and action tags to confirm that email messages have been delivered and opened. You may opt-out of receiving emails in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The foregoing information may be collected directly by Airzai or by its third-party service providers.
THIRD PARTY ANALYTICS AND SIMILAR SITUATIONS
Airzai uses certain third-party analytics and/or ad serving services on its websites. The providers of these services may independently collect, use, and disclose your IP address together with information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites that they service in accordance with their own privacy policies (and not this privacy policy). These services may use their own cookies and other data collection technologies. They may use this information in order to improve your experience, to gain a view of how people are using websites that they service so that improvements can be made, and as otherwise permitted in their privacy policies.
Airzai collects transactional information and browse behavior on our website. Airzai may use such information to offer you recommendations for products that are relevant to your interests.
SOCIAL NETWORKING AND SIMILAR SITUATIONS
When you use certain aspects of the Airzai website or other services, or post information to other social networking sites (ie. links to Airzai Facebook or Twitter pages or you may be able to "like" a product on your Instagram account or "pin" a product on your Pinterest account), the Personal Information that you post or share in connection with these third party sites is visible to other persons and can be read, collected, used and disclosed by other persons, including to send unsolicited messages. Any information provided to such third-party social networking sites and other sites is governed by their own privacy policies, which you may read on the applicable site. You are solely responsible for the Personal Information that you choose to post or share in those situations. Airzai has no control over, or responsibility or liability for, the use, disclosure, and retention of the Personal Information that you disclose in those situations. Please be careful when disclosing your Personal Information in those situations.
Airzai retains your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or such longer retention period as may be required or permitted by applicable law.
Airzai will store and process your Personal Information on servers located in Canada and the United States. The laws of other countries regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information may be different from the laws of Canada and the U.S. and their laws may be different from the laws of your country.
PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN
Airzai does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
ACCESS, CORRECTION AND ACCURACY
You have the right to access the Personal Information Airzai holds about you to verify the Personal Information Airzai has collected in respect to you and to have a general account of Airzai’s uses of that information. Upon receipt of your written request, Airzai will provide you with a copy of your Personal Information, although in certain limited circumstances, Airzai may not be able to make all relevant information available to you such as where that information also pertains to another user. In such circumstances, Airzai will provide reasons for the denial to you upon request. Airzai will endeavor to deal with all requests for access and modifications in a timely manner.
Airzai will make every reasonable effort to keep your Personal Information accurate and up to date, and Airzai will provide you with mechanisms to update, correct, delete or add to your Personal Information as appropriate. As appropriate, this amended Personal Information will be transmitted to those parties to which Airzai are permitted to disclose your information. Having accurate Personal Information about you enables Airzai to give you the best possible service.
OPT OUT POLICY AND YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Users can prevent future disclosures for direct marketing purposes of his or her Personal Information, at no charge, by exercising his or her “opt out” rights by using the “opt out” procedures described below:

Because we provide our California users with the ability to exercise his or her “opt out” rights as described above, pursuant to Section 1798.83(c)(2) of the California Civil Code, we are in compliance with the California “Shine the Light” law and are not obligated to provide California users with the names and addresses of all the third parties that received personal information from the Company for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year.
POLICY CHANGES
Airzai may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a new version of this Privacy Policy on Airzai website at airzai.com. Airzai collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your Personal Information will be governed by the version of this Privacy Policy in effect at that time. Your continued dealings with Airzai subsequent to any changes to this Privacy Policy will signify your consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information in accordance with the changed Privacy Policy.
